1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by NET Microfinance Bank Ltd ("NET MFB", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

NET MFB provides financial services including, but not limited to, personal and business accounts, loans, virtual cards, POS terminals, and USSD banking. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in Nigeria. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5. Financial Transactions

All financial transactions processed through our platform are subject to our verification procedures and applicable laws. We reserve the right to decline or reverse any transaction that we suspect may be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NET MFB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
